Glauco Sousa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In their most recent role, they are currently working as a Technical Product Owner at Dock since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Pleno Development Analyst at Dock from September 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Dock, Glauco worked as a Development Analyst at Conductor Tecnologia em Meios de Pagamento from August 2020 to April 2022. Glauco also has experience as a Support Analyst at Infomed Benner from January 2019 to August 2020, and as a IT Support Technician at Unimed Norte/Nordeste from May 2016 to December 2018. Glauco started their career as a Developer at Lavid and worked there from April 2010 to January 2013.

Glauco Sousa completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Paraíba from 2008 to 2012. Glauco then pursued a Master's degree in Informática, specializing in software requirement specification and human-computer interaction, from the same university from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Glauco Sousa obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they completed the "UX RESEARCH PARTE 1: PRIMEIROS PASSOS" and "UX Research: entrevistas com equipes internas" courses at Alura.
