David M. has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. David started their career as an IT Intern at ProdutivaTI, where they gained experience in technical support and hardware/software maintenance. Later, they worked at RSI Informática/CaixaSeguradora as a Support Analyst, where they provided remote and on-site technical support for users. David also worked as a Change Management Analyst, managing infrastructure and implementing projects using tools like Zabbix and Wireshark.

David then moved on to Cabal Brasil, where they worked as a DevOps Analyst. Here, they installed and administered Linux environments, application servers, and source code management tools. David also worked on infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.

In 2020, David joined Sicoob as an Analista DevOps. Here, they were responsible for the installation and administration of various tools and environments such as Linux, Windows Server, application servers, and monitoring tools. David also gained experience in infrastructure-as-code using Ansible and Openshift.

In 2021, David joined Conductor as a DevOps SRE Engineer, where they worked on DevOps and site reliability engineering tasks. Finally, they joined Dock as a Site Reliability Engineer, further enhancing their skills in this field.

Throughout their career, David has exhibited strong proficiency in Linux and Windows environments, application server administration, source code management, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation. David also has experience with various monitoring, storage, and virtualization tools.

David M. has a diverse education history. In 2011, they started their education at IESB, where they pursued a degree in Technology in Information Security. David completed this degree in 2016. In 2021, they attended Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante – FAVENI, where they studied Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, David M. has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level from the BSTQB. David also obtained the ISFS certification from EXIN in the same year. In the following year, 2016, David M. achieved the ITILF certification from EXIN.

By 2018, David M. obtained the DevOps Foundation certification from Universidade Estabilis. In 2019, they earned the DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) from CertiProf. Moving on to 2020, David M. obtained the Uncomplicating Kubernetes certification from LINUXtips. In the same year, they also achieved the Paessler Certified Monitoring Expert certification from Paessler AG.

In 2021, David M. obtained the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp. David also attained the Certified Rancher Operator: Level 1 certification from Rancher Labs.

In 2022, David M. earned several certifications, including the Istio Foundation certification from solo.io and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
