Andre Penedo has a strong background in IT support and infrastructure coordination. Andre is currently working as an IT Support Lead at Dock since November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Coordinator of Infrastructure at banQi from January 2021 to April 2022. From August 2016 to January 2021, they served as a Coordinator of Infrastructure at Minuto Seguros. Andre has also worked as a Consultant of Systems at SulAmérica from October 2015 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, Andre worked as an Analyst of Tests at HCL Technologies from March 2014 to October 2015, and as a Trainee in Software Development at SuperBank from November 2012 to March 2013. Andre started their career as an Analyst of Systems at Validata Meios de Pagamentos in December 2007, and later worked as an Infrastructure Analyst at Redecard from 2001 to September 2007.

Andre Penedo obtained their degree in Tecnologia em Eletrônica from Colégio Módulo Paulista de Tecnologia in 1997. Later, they pursued their higher education at Universidade Nove de Julho, where they attained a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas with a specialization in Tecnologia da Informação in 2015.
