Amanda Alves de Almeida started their work experience as an Estagiário de TI (QA) at CABAL BRASIL in February 2017. Amanda worked in this role until November 2018. Then, they joined Sicoob as an Analista de testes in November 2018 and worked there until January 2022. Currently, they are working at Dock as a QA Analyst II since January 2022.

Amanda Alves de Almeida completed their undergraduate education at Universidade de Brasília from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Amanda has obtained several certifications in various fields. In October 2020, they obtained the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from Brightest and the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB CTFL) certification from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In June 2020, they received the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, the Robot Beginner certification from QA Ninja, the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf, and the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained the NSE 1 Network Security Associate certification and the NSE 2 Network Security Associate certification from Fortinet.
