Mark Donohue has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In 2015, they completed a communications and marketing internship at Fort Ticonderoga, where they shot and edited promotional videos and photographs for social media and website use. In 2016, they interned with GE Power's Data Security Team, researching solutions for protecting intellectual property. In 2017, Mark worked as a freelance marketing video producer for Marshbrook Rehab, creating and editing a promotional video within a tight timeframe. Mark also had an internship with GE Digital, where they created and maintained Domo dashboards for internal customer success management. In 2018, they worked as a distillery hand at WhistlePig Whiskey, learning about whiskey production. Mark also worked as an associate software engineer at Globus Medical, developing features for their robotics division. From 2019 to 2021, Mark worked at Gusto, first as an account executive in mid-market payroll advising, then transitioning to small business sales. In 2022, they served as an apprentice carpenter at Faris Woodworks and as a warehouse logistics employee at Fishpond USA. Currently, Mark is employed as a customer success and implementation manager at Dock Health, a position they began in February 2023.

Mark Donohue attended Binghamton University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
