Jason Dell has over 15 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Software Engineer at Oracle from February 2004 to February 2005. After that, they worked at Title Records as a Sr. Web Application Developer from March 2005 to September 2007.
In October 2007, Jason joined StarRez, Inc. where they initially served as the North American Implementation & Support Manager for ten years, until October 2017. During this time, they also took on the role of Community Manager from November 2017 to November 2019, where they managed corporate communication strategy, chaired the StarRez Advisory Board, and led the delivery of annual user conferences with high attendance.

In their current position, they play a crucial role in driving company growth, spearheading strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals, and implementing organizational policies to drive the vision and culture of the company.
Jason Dell earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they attended Fred Pryor for an unspecified duration, presuming additional education or training.
