Solutions Director: Asset Management And Monitoring Technology at Doble

Tony McGrail has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and technology field. Tony started their career as a Teacher at the Ministry of Education in St. Kitts, where they taught math, physics, and computing as a VSO Volunteer. Later, they worked as an Engineer at National Grid Transco and specialized in transformers, breakers, and substation condition monitoring. At National Grid UK, McGrail continued their work as an Engineer and performed field tests and assessments on power transformers.

In 2002, McGrail joined Doble Engineering as the SFRA & TDR Products Manager, where they were responsible for product specification, marketing, sales, and support. Tony successfully took a $100k product to $2M despite increasing competition in the market. Afterward, McGrail worked at National Grid as the Manager of Asset Policy, where they provided strategic guidance and managed asset policies.

McGrail later returned to Doble Engineering as the Solutions Director for Asset Management and Monitoring Technology.
