Keith Hill has experience working as a Principal Engineer at Doble Engineering and as an Electrical Supervisor Engineering Services at Lyondell Citgo Refining. At Lyondell Citgo Refining, they were responsible for the power distribution system for a major refinery and implemented an in-house electrical testing and infra-red program. Keith also managed relay modifications, PCB program, elevator, and motor repair. Keith also worked as a Technical Instructor at San Jacinto College.

Keith Hill attended Ninety Six High but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Keith later went on to the University of Houston where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electric Power. The exact start and end years for their education are unknown.
