Fernando De Filippo serves as the Gerente Técnico de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación at Covencaucho Industrias S.A. since October 2004. Previous experience includes a role at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from January 2002 to September 2002, where efforts focused on reorganizing work processes in the Valencia plant through the implementation of High Performance Work Teams, following an initial training at the Goodyear Headquarters in Akron, OH. Fernando De Filippo holds an MBA from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros (2004), a degree in Management Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine (1995-2003), and completed studies in Family Business Management at IESA in 2012. Additionally, Fernando De Filippo has a Bachiller en Ciencias from Colegio San Vicente de Paúl in Barquisimeto.
