Jeff Gorney has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of operations and technology. Jeff started their career at Uniqema in 2002 as an IT Manager and then moved on to become the Regional RFS Manager in 2004. Jeff worked at Uniqema until June 2007. In the same year, they joined Dober as the Director of Spindle Technologies and later became the Vice President of Operations for Spindle Technologies in December 2011. In February 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations & Technology for Spindle at Dober.

Jeff Gorney obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
