Sigurd Knudsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Service Owner for Core Payment and Settlement at DNB since April 2018, while also acting as Section Lead for IT Payments. Knudsen has held various significant roles at DNB since 2012, including Section Lead for Business Architecture and Senior IT Advisor in Technology and Vendor Management. Prior to DNB, Knudsen served as COO at Nets Group and CIO in the merged company NETS, as well as Head of Department at Accenture, where expertise in technology solutions was cultivated across multiple roles within the banking and financial sectors. Knudsen holds a Siviløkonom degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and has foundational education from Molde University College.
