Paul Lester has a diverse background in retail and visual merchandising. From 2019 to present, they have been the Chief Commercial Deployment Lead at DNANUDGE, where they lead a cross-functional team responsible for delivering strategies, processes, and tools to ensure successful onboarding and deployment for customers in retail and clinical channels. Prior to this role, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as Store Format Design, Development, Delivery & Visual Merchandising at Paul Lester, where they were involved in designing and delivering store formats and visual merchandising. From 2002 to 2016, they held the position of Head of Visual Merchandising & Store Design at Carphone Warehouse Group, where they managed the development of retail formats in own branded stores, joint ventures, and projects for B2B customers.
