Emanuel Buzek is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at DNAnexus since September 2019, Emanuel focuses on empowering a team of motivated engineers while enhancing the DNAnexus platform. Prior to this, Emanuel held positions including Senior Software Engineer at iflix, Lead Software Engineer at MESSENGER a.s., and Software Engineer at Cloudera. With a strong foundation in education, Emanuel holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Charles University and a Sc.B. in Computer Science from Brown University, where an exemplary academic record was achieved. Additionally, teaching assistantships in computational linguistics and database management systems highlight a commitment to education and mentorship.
