Anna Vavříková is a Data Engineer at DNAnexus since June 2021, with previous experience as a Bioinformatics intern at Česká zemědělská univerzita v Praze, where responsibilities included processing NGS data from RNA-Seq experiments and preparing field experiments. Anna also served as a Lecturer for the "Hodiny moderní chemie" project at Vysoká škola chemicko-technologická v Praze, leading science popularization classes for elementary and high school students. An early role as a Developer at ICNET s.r.o. involved web application development using C#. Anna holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Chemical Informatics from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from the same institution.
