Melania González has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Melania began their career as a Web Programmer for Corporación Doble Sirios. In 2008, they joined Avantica Technologies as a Software Engineer I and Mobile Programmer. In 2009, they worked as a Web Developer for Edmodo, using Zend framework. From 2010 to 2017, they worked for Prodigious Latin America as a Technical Project Manager, Team Leader, and Science Fair Main Coordinator. Since 2017, they have been working as a Delivery Manager and Project Manager Scrum Master at DNAMIC Artificial Intelligence, where their daily responsibilities include ensuring project delivery quality and timing, strategic planning and decision making, UX/UI strategy, and leading Interaction design research and Design Thinking.
Melania González completed a Bachelor in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2004 and 2008. Melania then attended Fundación Tecnológica de Costa Rica (FUNDATEC) from 2005 to 2009, earning a Technician in Web and Graphic Design. In 2009, they attended Cyber U and earned a Medium Level in Flash Animation and Cartoon Drawing. In 2014, they earned a Master's degree in Interaction Design and User Experience from Universidad LCI Veritas. In 2011, they also completed the TOEIC.
