Óscar Sepúlveda has over a decade of experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as a D.C.S at DNA Genotek since September 2020. Prior to this role, Óscar worked at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. from September 2009 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team, training new employees, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards. Óscar also held various positions in the company, including Keyholder, Merchandise Coordinator, and Sales Floor Associate, gaining extensive skills in team coordination, inventory management, and loss prevention. Óscar earned a degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from September 2014 to April 2020.
