Alana Wilson is an experienced Document Control Specialist at DNA Genotek, serving since July 2021 within the Quality Assurance Team as the system administrator for the Quality Management System Software. Responsibilities include training employees on document control processes and assisting with document creation using software such as Adobe and Microsoft Suite. Prior to this role, Alana worked as a Field Application Specialist at Spartan Bioscience, where involvement included managing a compliant complaint management tool and training sites across North America on various products. Initial experience includes a role as a Junior Field Application Specialist with the Department of National Defence, focusing on data analysis related to air quality compliance, and as an Administrative Clerk at Bruyère, where document revision and staff supervision were key tasks. Alana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University.
