Thaleia Ashley has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as Deputy Head of School for Business and Social Science and Programme Leader for Business and Management at DN Colleges Group since September 2017. Responsibilities in this role encompass course management and development, quality assurance, student recruitment, and people management, with subject specialisms in Marketing, HRM, and Digital Learning. In addition to this position, Thaleia Ashley has been an Associate Lecturer at the University of Lincoln since September 2015 and was formerly an Associate Lecturer at The Open University from March 2012 to October 2020. Earlier roles include a Business Lecturer at North Lindsey College from September 2007 to September 2017, focusing on teaching and assessing level 4 and 5 undergraduates in various business-related subjects such as Business Strategy, Marketing, HRM, and Organisational Behaviour, as well as Personal and Careers Development.
