Jorge M. Maldonado Gonzalez is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Gerente TI at Intercam Banco since January 2017 and as Gerente TI Control Financiero at Dimex Capital since October 2009, Jorge specializes in process analysis and design, financial analysis strategies, and internal process control and improvement. Previously, as Líder Proyecto Créditos at BanRegio from July 2002 to October 2009, Jorge was responsible for the analysis and development of banking credit modules and reporting to authorities. Jorge began their career as an Analista Programador at Micros Personales S.A., where systems were developed using Delphi. Jorge holds a degree in Ciencias Computacionales with a focus on Sistema Financieros from UANL, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
