Jim Deorio is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various industries, including digital marketing, web analytics, and information technology. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at DMi Partners since February 2022, Jim previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Merkle, a leading CRM agency, from February 2018 to February 2022. Jim's career also includes roles as a Freelance Executive Recruiter, Senior Recruiting Manager at Numeric Recruiting and Staffing, Talent Acquisition Consultant at Comcast, and various positions in recruitment at Liberty Personnel Services Inc., Philadelphia Personnel, and Main Line Personnel, beginning in 1996. Jim holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland, earned between 1984 and 1988.
