Nicolas LACROIX is an experienced IT management expert with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as Directeur commercial at DMI since January 2005, Nicolas specializes in Privileged Access Management (PAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). Previous roles include Ingénieur Commercial and various technical and consulting positions, managing teams of up to 15 consultants. Early experience includes work as Ingénieur Packaging at PWC and as an Ingénieur Commercial with Intoan Technology. Nicolas holds a DUT GTR in Telecom and Networks from Université Paris-Est Créteil, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
