Randy Garvey began their work experience in 1988 as a Supervisor at Milacron (DME/Master Unit Die), where they worked until 2021. Randy then joined DME Company as a Plant Manager from June 2019 to October 2021. In October 2021, Randy became the Director of North American Operations at DME Company. Additionally, Randy also had a role as a Supervisor at DME Company/Master Unit Die, although the start and end dates are unknown.

Randy Garvey attended Montcalm Community College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained an Associate's Degree. Randy pursued a field of study that focused on applied liberal arts and sciences, as well as an apprenticeship program.
