Greg West has a diverse work experience history. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Dell SonicWALL. Greg then served as a Senior Debt Consultant at Freedom Financial from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Sales and Operations at Protection Now, LLC. Greg then joined CommScope iTRACS DCIM solution, starting in 2014, as an Account Executive/New Market Development and had various responsibilities including new business development, strategic customer engagement, and delivering presentations. In 2019, they worked as a National Account Manager at Cogent Communications before transitioning to Avail Recovery as the Director of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Director, ITAD Data Center Services at DMD Systems Recovery Inc, which they started in 2020.

Greg West attended Arizona State University from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. In addition, they obtained certifications from Intel Corporation in "Data Center IT Agility and Control" and "How to Better Manage Mixed Data Center Environments" in 2020.
