Hari Balaji currently holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director at ComplexCareMD since June 2017. In addition, Hari serves as Medical Director at CommuniCare Health Services, Legacy Health Services, Life Care Services, and BraeView Care & Rehab since 2010. Since 2004, Hari has been a Clinical Instructor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and has practiced as an Internist at Faith Medical Associates since November 2000. In 2013, Hari founded Cleveland Quality HealthNet ACO and served as Treasurer until 2019. As President of the Association of Indian Physicians of Northern Ohio from January 2017 to January 2018 and as Medical Director at All Caring Hospice from 2014 to 2018, Hari has demonstrated significant leadership in healthcare. Educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Coimbatore Medical College, an Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Vincents Hospital, and extensive training in the United Kingdom.
