Darlene Yamase serves as the Director of Talent at Kukui`ula/DMB Associates (Hawaii), Inc., since 2005, focusing on the establishment of talent operations for a luxury resort community, encompassing various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and training. Prior to this role, Darlene held several HR leadership positions within the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, including Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Kauai Resort and Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel. Darlene began the career with roles in human resources management at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and various Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki. Darlene earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources from the University of Hawaii at Manoa between 1979 and 1982.
