Susan Enerlich, SCLA, currently serves as a Sr. Casualty Specialist at DMA Claims since July 2023. Previously, Susan held the position of Claims Adjuster at Auto-Owners Insurance from August 2019 to June 2023 and worked as a Multi-line Claims Adjuster at Kentucky Farm Bureau from October 2012 to July 2019. Earlier in career, Susan was a Claims Adjuster at Nationwide Insurance from August 2002 to May 2012, where the role included serving as Master Claims Representative for Bodily Injury from July 2007 to May 2012. Susan possesses extensive experience in investigating and evaluating complex claims issues, with a strong skill set in negotiating and settling bodily injury and liability claims. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990, and attended Lexington Catholic from 1981 to 1985.
