Ryan Howard has worked in the technology industry for over 13 years. Ryan began their career in 2007 as the Director of Technology at TitleTec, where they were responsible for the company's technological direction and was part of the executive team responsible for the company's strategic direction. Ryan also developed and implemented Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control structure, review and audit processes. In addition, they were responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's flagship SaaS product. Ryan then took on the role of Client Delivery Manager, where they created a process for engaging with the company's technical support. Ryan then became a Senior Business Analyst and Software Developer, where they were responsible for documentation of business requirements and assisted with translation of business requirements into technical requirements. Ryan was then promoted to Director of Client Services. In 2016, they joined Solera Holdings, Inc. as Vice President of Software Development, where they created and led a forward-thinking, output-focused innovation center that overachieved the company's missions and goals. In 2018, they joined DLRdmv as Senior Vice President of Product Management.

Ryan Howard received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Concentration in Programming & Analysis from Delta State University in 2006.
