Pardon Mujakachi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Pardon currently serves as the Vice President of Operations (EMEA) at dLocal since 2024. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships, Africa at Chipper Cash from 2021 to 2024. Pardon also worked at WorldRemit as the Country Director of South Africa & Head of Business Development, Africa from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Liquid Telecom as the Group VAS Products Executive from 2015 to 2016 and at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe as the Head of Marketing Services from 2010 to 2014. Pardon also gained experience at Etisalat as a Senior Manager in Business Intelligence & Strategy from 2008 to 2010. Pardon started their career at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, where they held various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager and Brand Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2008.

Pardon Mujakachi completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nottingham Business School during the period 2006-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Comm(Hons) degree in Marketing from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) between 1999-2003.
