Frits van der Staak serves as the Global Head of Data Management & Reporting at DLL since September 2013, overseeing the Data Management Strategic Initiative and the development of the Data Strategy. Key accomplishments include elevating the Global Data Governance Organization, integrating Global Reporting Departments for enhanced data accessibility, and spearheading the migration of Data Warehouses to Azure Cloud. Prior roles include VP of Data Management at DLL and Regional Risk Officer at Van Lanschot Bankiers, where Frits managed various risk management functions and led the development of an Enterprise Data Warehouse. Frits holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and has completed additional education at DAMA DMBOK and IMD.
