Suad Hooper is a seasoned education and operations professional with extensive experience in managing and directing various educational programs. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at DLH Corporation since December 2019, Suad has held multiple leadership positions in Community Action Inc. of Central Texas from 2003 to 2019, including Director of Head Start & Texas Home Visiting Programs and Child Development Coordinator. Suad's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education from Azerbaijan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Philology, Languages, and World Literature from the same institution, supplemented by studies at Texas State University. Earlier teaching roles spanned from elementary to high school levels in various international and local institutions.
