Pamela H. is a seasoned professional in talent development and education with a diverse background in training, coaching, and academic instruction. Currently serving as the Talent Development Agile Lead for Training and Compliance at DLH Corporation, Pamela previously held the role of Senior Technical Trainer for GRSi, where expertise in instructional e-learning design was applied to various NIH and GRSi projects. As the founder of Holistic Balanced Solutions, LLC, Pamela provides life and academic coaching. Academic experience includes positions as Associate Professor at the University of the District of Columbia and Adjunct Faculty at North Carolina A&T State University, with comprehensive teaching in adult education and program implementation. Educational qualifications feature a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Teaching with a focus on Cultural Studies from the University of North Carolina Greensboro, alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Adult and Continuing Education Administration and Psychology, respectively.
