Rashi Vashisth is currently serving as an HR Retainer at DLF Limited since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Team Lead and Human Resources Assistant at GAOTek Inc. from January 2023 to April 2023, and as a Management Intern in Consulting at PeopleNorth Pvt. Ltd. from January 2021 to May 2021. Rashi Vashisth started a career in human resources with an internship at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences in the summer of 2019, and earlier gained experience as an intern at Frick India Ltd. in mid-2018. Educational qualifications include a Post Degree Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from York University (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2017-2020), and currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
