Emma Schweigert has a diverse work experience in various industries. Emma started their career as a Logistics and Sales Intern at Prysmian Group in 2017. Emma then worked as a C.E.O. (Cafe Executive Officer) at Saxbys from June 2019 to June 2020. Emma also served as a Student C.E.O. at Saxbys from June 2018 to June 2019. In 2020, they joined Open Systems Healthcare as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for hiring, conducting audits, and ensuring caregiver training compliance. From June 2021 to March 2023, Emma worked as a Talent Advisor at LevelUP, focusing on recruiting and building a strong candidate network. Currently, they are employed at DLA, LLC as an Internal Talent Sourcer, where they identify hiring needs and attracts suitable candidates through various channels.

Emma Schweigert attended La Salle University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance and Marketing. Emma also completed their high school education at Schuylkill Haven High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Emma obtained additional certifications, including "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 5 Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps for Recruiters" from LinkedIn in October 2021 and "Interviewing Techniques" from LinkedIn in July 2021.
