Seychelle Hercules has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Seychelle began their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at Aeropostale, where they developed skills in sales, marketing, customer service, and training. In 2016, they served as Miss Columbus for The Miss America Organization, where they planned events, engaged with sponsors, and customized messages for speaking engagements. Seychelle then worked as a Marketing and Communication Intern at Girls Inc., creating content, managing media outlets, and teaching marketing classes. In 2017, they became a Public Relations Intern at Wesleyan College, updating the college website and writing articles for WesMag. Seychelle also worked as a Program Assistant at Girls Inc., planning and organizing events for the Teen Summer Program. Seychelle then took on the role of Director of Drive-Thru at a Chick-fil-A Franchise, where they trained and developed a team and implemented new processes to improve Drive-Thru metrics. In 2018, they joined Magnolia Heart Nanny Services as a Communications Specialist, managing the CEO's calendar and recruiting qualified personnel. Seychelle later joined Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union as a Communications Center Associate, and The World Bank as a Financial Advisor on a contractual basis. Currently, Seychelle is working at DKW Communications, Inc. as an HR & Corporate Support Specialist, leveraging their skills to provide support and contribute to the company's success.

Seychelle Hercules, MHRM, has a diverse education history. In 2015, they graduated from Hardaway High School with a High School Diploma, focusing on Small Business Development. Seychelle then attended Wesleyan College from 2015 to 2018, earning three Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management, International Business, and Communication. Following this, Seychelle pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus. From 2019 to 2022, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2022, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the same institution.
