Barbara Wiecher is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational and talent development. Currently serving as Director of HR International at DKV Mobility since January 2022, Barbara holds extensive expertise in HR management, business partnering, leadership development, and performance management. Prior to DKV Mobility, Barbara spent over a decade at ista in various leadership roles, including Agile Transformation Lead and Head of HR Global & Developing Markets. Barbara's career also includes experience as a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Human Resources at ista North America and as an HR Consultant at Kienbaum, where skills in management audits and leadership training were honed. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Münster, complemented by studies at The University of Edinburgh.
