Rik G. is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Rik began their career as a Junior Consultant at Accenture in 2005 and stayed with the company until 2007. From there, they joined Philips Lighting in 2008 and took on various roles such as Quality Manager and Transformation Consultant. Rik then became a Senior Transformation and Business Development Consultant in Asia from 2014 to 2016. Rik G. continued their work at Philips Lighting as a Transformation Program Manager and Bid/Proposal Manager until 2018. Currently, they are working at DKSH as a Senior Executive Manager in Group Strategy & Transformation. In 2020, Rik G. was promoted to Head of Group Transformation and Business Excellence at DKSH. Rik'smost recent position is Head of Operations and Transformation for the Business Unit Performance Materials.

Rik G. obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications in fields such as Sustainability Strategies, Digital Transformation, Strategic Thinking, and LEAN methodologies from institutions such as LinkedIn, EMERITUS, and Philips Lighting.
