Paul Frechette is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as Area Manager at DKN Hotels since April 2015, Paul oversees several hotels in Southern California and leads training and team member development initiatives. Prior roles include General Manager of Homewood Suites by Hilton in Irvine, CA, and General Manager at Joie de Vivre Hospitality, managing all hotel operations. Additional experience includes Assistant General Manager at Anabella Hotel and General Manager at Ayres Hotels of Southern California. From 1999 to 2006, Paul progressed from Front Office Manager to General Manager at Marriott International, where responsibilities included overseeing the opening of two hotels. Early career experience includes working as a Bellman and Front Desk staff at Howard Johnson Hotel. Paul holds an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Golden West College.
