Veronika Villain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX research and consumer insights. Currently serving as Team Manager for UX Research at DKB Code Factory GmbH since April 2020, Veronika previously held roles as a Senior Consumer Researcher and Consumer Insights Expert at OBI Group Holding from October 2017 to April 2020. Prior to that, from May 2011 to September 2017, Veronika was a project manager in qualitative market research at concept m research + consulting GmbH. Veronika holds a Master of Arts in Communication & Cultural Studies from the University of Düsseldorf and is a certified System Coach from ICA Berlin.
