Alexandr Melnic is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at DKB Code Factory GmbH since December 2020, having progressed from Junior to Mid-level roles. Prior to this, Alexandr worked as a Full-stack Developer at Wordliner GmbH for a brief period and completed a web development program at DCI Digital Career Institute gGmbH. Alexandr's early career includes positions as a Data Entry Operator at AutoDoc and HR Manager at Grawe Carat Asigurări S.A., where significant improvements in communication, organizational skills, and the implementation of HR software were achieved.
