Max Koval is an experienced professional in the field of operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the COO of Djinni.co since May 2016. At Djinni, Max Koval has contributed to creating a platform that connects over 70,000 Ukrainian IT professionals with potential job opportunities while maintaining their anonymity. Prior to this role, Max Koval held the position of People Operations Manager at Fozzy Group's Silpo chain from October 2011 to August 2016, and served as the Director of Production at Ukrainian Flax from February 2008 to October 2011. Max Koval holds a Master's Degree in Organization Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, completed in 2011.
