Yegor Kudrytski has been working in the corporate world since 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Cargo Airline as the Head of Commercial Department and Commercial Department Manager. In 2018, they joined SolbegSoft as a Business Development Manager, helping companies in multiple business areas to improve their performance. In 2019, they joined Dizzain.com as a Project Manager and Business Development Manager, specializing in designing, developing and marketing digital products for startups and small businesses.

Yegor Kudrytski is currently studying IT Sales at IT Academy Belarus. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Industrial Management from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they studied Management of Air-Freight Operations at Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation, also obtaining a Bachelor's degree. In 2015, they received a certification in Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air from Minsk State Higher Aviation College.
