Amrit Badhwar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Assistant Designer at Jatin Kochar fashion house. In 2007, they worked as an Apparel Designer at VIRAJ EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Lecturer at Amity University. In 2017, they started working as a Freelance Content Writer at Seahawk and will continue until 2023. In 2020, they became a Mom Influencer @mymightymum. In 2022, they worked as a Freelance Designer at The Talking Canvas Pvt. Ltd. and joined The Healing Clinic as a Content Manager. They also worked as a Content Creator at DIY.org - The Social Learning App For Kids in 2022.

Amrit Badhwar attended Pearl Academy from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Additionally, Amrit also studied at Loreto Convent Intermediate College in Lucknow, focusing on Commerce, and later returned to Pearl Academy to pursue a BA (Hons) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
