Mauricio García serves as the COO and Co-Founder of DIXTRA, a Uruguayan software factory specializing in frontend development and technical consultancy since April 2015. García has also contributed as a Board Member for Startup & Financing at Cuti, the Chamber of Uruguayan IT Companies, from February 2018 to December 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Traffic Assistant at PLUNA Líneas Aéreas Uruguayas S.A. and as a Software Support Specialist at Sabre Corporation. Mauricio García holds degrees in Analista de Sistemas and Software System Engineering from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga,' completed between 2008 and 2017.
