Nicolas Chevalier is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently supporting five business units at Dixstone and Petrodec, specializing in decommissioning services within the energy sector since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nicolas was a Business Unit Manager at Seaowl Group from October 2017 to March 2020, overseeing manpower solutions and managing a team of 17, as well as handling recruitment and contract negotiations. Nicolas also served as a Business Development Manager and UAE Branch Manager for DIETSWELL from September 2010 to September 2017, delivering tailored solutions to drilling contractors. Earlier career experience includes management roles at FACTORIG and engineering positions at DIETSWELL where responsibilities spanned various onshore and offshore projects. Nicolas holds a degree in Transition to General Management from INSEAD and graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
