Rick Cline has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Rick currently works as the NW & Central Regional Sales Manager at Dixon Ticonderoga since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the North American Sales Manager at JJC INDUSTRIES from February 2018 to April 2022.

Rick's previous experience includes working as a National Account Manager at ACE USA from December 2014 to April 2022. In this role, they successfully reestablished relationships with dormant accounts and achieved significant business growth. Rick also opened new channels of trade and secured retail placements, resulting in projected sales of over $450,000.

Before ACE USA, Rick served as a Key Account Manager at Groupe Hamelin from April 2005 to March 2013. During this time, they grew accounts by an average of 12% per year and was awarded Vendor of the Year multiple times. Rick also secured prominent product placements and increased revenues for a chain with over 150 stores.

Rick's experience also includes working as a National Sales Manager at Chroma USA from January 2003 to April 2005. In this role, they successfully introduced a new product line, increased sales, and managed manufacturers' representative groups. Rick also contributed to trade show planning and promotions.

Prior to Chroma USA, Rick worked as a Territory Manager at ColArt Americas from January 1994 to January 2003. Here, they significantly grew product placement at the largest customer, resulting in a 56% increase in annual sales. Rick also achieved consistent sales quotas, new product placements, and budget management, earning him membership in the President's Club for 7 out of 8 years.

Rick Cline completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, between 1986 and 1987, they attended Front Range Community College for Business Administration and Management, General, but did not obtain a degree. In April 2020, Rick obtained a certification titled "Be More Productive: Take Small Steps, Have Big Goals" from LinkedIn.
