Shane McDonald has a diverse background in community service and security, currently working as a Street Outreach Worker for the City of Toronto since November 2021 and as a Relief Shelter Worker at Dixon Hall since October 2020. Prior roles include serving as an Asset Protection Representative at Loblaw Companies Limited, a Mall Patrol Guard at Cadillac Fairview, and a Security Guard at GardaWorld. Shane McDonald holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 2019 and 2022, and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College, completed in 2018.
