April Valentine has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as the HR/HSE Manager at Dixon Directional since December 2021. Prior to this role, April worked at BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. from July 1995 to October 2021, where responsibilities included Global Marketing & Compliance Manager with a focus on marketing management and compliance, and earlier as a Sales and Marketing Representative overseeing product branding, website development, and trade shows. April’s career began at Brady Chapman Holland & Associates Inc., where responsibilities included accounts payable and receivable coordination from 1992 to 1995. April holds an education from Ashworth College, completed between January 1998 and January 2000.
