Theresa Gutierrez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, and human resources. Currently serving as the Sustainability Project Leader at Dix & Eaton since July 2023, Theresa assists clients in articulating sustainability and corporate responsibility objectives. As an HR & Corporate Responsibility Consultant at PeoplePlus Solutions LLC since February 2023, Theresa provides services in employee engagement, sustainability assessments, and volunteer program development. Previous roles include Corporate Social Responsibility Leader and Culture, Talent & HR Leader at Learning Care Group, where Theresa spearheaded key initiatives in corporate responsibility and diversity and inclusion. Theresa has also held positions in talent management and HR at Cooper Standard, Thomson Reuters, Qualex Inc., and Pentastar Aviation. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
