Dilan Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in different companies. In 2016, they started working as a Behandlingsassistent at Uppsala kommun, where they served until 2019. In 2018, Dilan joined Caspeco as a Systemutvecklare, responsible for scheduling and communication in their business system. At Caspeco, they handled system errors, conducted troubleshooting, and contributed to new development. From 2019 onwards, Dilan worked as a Digital Workplace Productivity Coach at Diwo, focusing on assisting organizations in adapting to new workplace technologies and improving productivity.

Dilan Ahmed completed their Gymnasieexamen with a specialization in Samhällskunskap (Företagsekonomi) from Thorén Business School between 2009 and 2012. Later, between 2017 and 2019, Dilan attended Nackademin, where they pursued Programutveckling .NET SharePoint-inriktning, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field.
