Maxwell Byrd is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience at Divisions Maintenance Group since December 2019, progressing through various roles including Associate Operations Manager and Lead Operations Coordinator. Concurrently, Maxwell serves as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at LaSalle High School since November 2014. Prior experience includes working as a Warehouse Associate at Industrial Solutions Authority from June 2012 to December 2019, where responsibilities included assisting with the rebuilding of electrical motors and VFD drives, maintaining warehouse organization, and managing freight logistics. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completed in 2019.
